Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:
- Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition and with all original packaging, including boxes, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Exclusions:
- Personalized or engraved watches are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased on sale or with special offers are subject to different return policies.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@homito.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product details, and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. The original item will be refunded once we receive it in good condition.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@homito.xyz. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an item is returned and processed, you will be notified of the refund or exchange status. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you at no extra charge.
